Hezbollah Parliament Member Hassan Fadlallah tells Al-Mayadeen: The Lebanese government will not be able to force the implementation of the agreement signed in Washington unless it seeks a civil war, with U.S. support. What happened in Washington was an attempt to obstruct the Islamabad track, and without Hezbollah nothing will pass. Israelis should not be quick to rejoice over the Lebanese Authority's submission to their humiliating dictates.
